A Typical Timetable
School is open each morning, for all children, from 8:30am. During this time, children can enjoy Book and a Bagel, and class teachers can use this time to greet children and listen to priority readers.
The register is completed at 8:55 and therefore children need to arrive promptly to avoid lateness which causes disruption to other children and can affect teaching and learning time.
The school day ends at 3:20.
Year 3 - To be collected on the bottom yard via the bottom gate.
Year 4 - Leave via their porch doors.
Year 5 - Walk around the school building and will leave via the main gate.
Year 6 - Walk around the school building and will leave via the bottom gate of the car park.
If you wish for your child to walk home on their own, a form needs to be completed and handed back to your child's class teacher. It is recommended that children in year 3 and 4 are collected from school by an authorised adult.

Our timetable is carefully structured to provide a balance of core learning, wider curriculum subjects, physical activity and personal development. Timetables vary slightly between year groups and classes, and some activities operate on a two-week rotation.

Across the school, pupils also take part in PE, Computing, Music, Spanish, PSHE, Commando Joe’s/No Outsiders and blocked curriculum subjects, with these sessions taking place at different points depending on the year group.
