This term, the children have found out a lot of new information about the Mayans and the characteristics of their culture.

Now we have covered geography and history, we are looking at the masks the Mayans created for different celebrations. For the next few weeks, we will be researching, designing and making our own mask. Below are some images of the process so far.

This term, our DT project has focussed on making a phone pocket for a target audience. We will be making these within the next couple of weeks, so keep your eyes peeled!

Last term, we cooked up a storm with our Katsu curry, a speciality dish in Japan. All of the teachers thoroughly enjoyed the curry and plenty requested the recipe!
